5/8 Landis Land-Matic thread chaser.
I believe the head number is 5H1682.
Unit comes with 11 sets of bits, including the set already mounted.
I received this item along with a number of machine parts 30+ years ago when I obtained a lathe.
I didn’t know how to use it then, and I still don’t know how to use it.
The spare parts went into drawers and were forgotten about.
It has been disassembled, moving parts freed up and oiled so it should be in working condition.
