You will receive the exact unit pictured.
Item was received as medical surplus and is in good condition aesthetically. There are general signs of use - including minor scratches and a few dings - but overall a solid unit with no major damage - as shown. The bone transducer does have etching present on it - but no other etching or writing is present on the other components.
Everything seems to be in good working order based on our testing. Audible tone was heard in both headphones and level adjusts properly. Masking option is audible. Bone conduction transducer was responsive. So everything seems to be working properly - although we cannot guarantee proper calibration.
