MXR Pitch Transposer for parts and not working

MXR Pitch Transposer for parts and not working.
This Pitch Transposer is not working. MXR PTs have an upper and lower circuit board, and by swapping circuit boards with a PT that was working, I was able to determine that both the top and bottom boards weren't working in this one
(see photos 5 & 6). Over the years I ended up using it for a few parts (two chips and the on/off switch are missing, and one of the pots has been taken out and replaced with a different type pot that isn't wired in). This PT is likely beyond repair, at least by me anyway, which is why I'm selling it for parts and not working.
I'll  also include the circuit board from an MXR Pitch Transposer readout that also isn't working but may be useful for parts, but it's just the circuit board and isn't in its rack mounted enclosure (see the last two photos).
I should also mention that this is a very early PT from back when MXR used to scrub the numbers off the chips so people couldn't figure out what they were using, although you may be able to figure that out from this MXR Pitch Transposer Service schematic link:
