Machine Description:
Automatic vulcanizer with heated decks for the production of dies and molds in silicon rubber.
This machine features decks heated by electric resistances and digital temperature regulators that control the vulcanization temperature. The road containing the mold to vulcanize is pressurized by means of a hydraulic assembly with electric pump. A timer enables to program the vulcanization cycle.
The protection shield and the complete insulation of the heated chamber help to reduce the length of the vulcanization cycle, while ensuring a more consistent distribution of temperature and greater energy savings.
It can vulcanize molds up to 400 mm
