    Straight from my personal collection, this original
    Norman Rockwell illustrated Coca-Cola counter display
    may originally have been a 1935 Coca-Cola calendar. It appears that the calendar illustration has been professionally, or factory mounted onto a piece of hard cardboard, to create a counter display piece. The illustration originally had a few folds across the illustration, 4 tears along the left edge, and a missing top left corner tip. There are a couple of very light spots at the bottom, near the buoy. The edges show slight wear, due to normal handling. The illustration is vivid against a nice and clean background. The back side has had the easel piece torn off, and there is a piece of old masking tape remaining.
    This is one of Norman's early advertising illustrations. This boy and his dog, have gone fishing, and the boy was smart enough to take a nice and refreshing Coca-Cola with him.
    I'm sure this will be a refreshing addition into either your Norman Rockwell, Coca-Cola or advertising collection.
