.  They come as shown in new condition, still factory plastic wrapped.  The boxes are a little dusty.
This item not has not been tested and comes with a 30 day return policy from the date the item was shipped, EXCEPT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING.  No return if the item has been hooked up or used.  Return postage is not covered.
