Peas: Freeze Dried

Description

Freeze-Dried Green Peas are green peas that have been dehydrated by freezing and then driving the frozen water out of the peas in gas form through lowered surrounding pressure. They are about 1/4 inch in diameter and have a pale green outer skin surrounding a bright green interior.
Retain all the integrity of the fresh pea - sweet taste, fresh green color and nutritional content - but with a crunchy texture
Can be eaten as is, or rehydrated and prepared just like fresh green peas
Shelf life of several years if kept in an airtight container
