PROFESSIONAL AUDIOMETER - PORTABLE HEARING TESTER– EB-60A ECKSTEIN BROS. INC.
This offering is a professional, portable audiometer, no batteries, direct power source with complete set of accessories and documents. It was briefly used in a university medical lab setting, but subsequent curriculums did not include auditory testing, so this unit saw minimal use and appears almost new.  In
addition
the university is now closed,
unfortunately
a
causality
of higher education in this country. The EB-60A is made for portability which is great for a clinic, school nurse, visiting nurse, educational setting, or even home use.
In fact, I confirmed its function and test my wife. It worked perfect and confirmed what I have been telling my wife for years, she has a hearing problem because she never hears me and the audiometer proves it! No joke, with age both our hearing has diminished, but as they say actions speak louder than words which gets us through every day. It is constructed with a very durable case and maintenance free finish.
Has a handle, anti slide legs, felt interior, power cord,
adjustable, cushioned
head set with color coordinated plug system, (WE, HB-7, Telephonics C35669, 296D100-1),
warranty card, testing pad, instruction book, and certificate of calibration, from Eckstein dated 2003, which I suspect is when it was purchased.
The beauty of this unit is portability, it is not a built in counter top unit, and it is solid state analog.
We are purging everything so this also must go.
